STEP 1
Our specialists work together to develop new additives and reagents and organize their production. Research begins with monitoring scientific and technical documentation. Our own laboratory allows us to reduce production costs.

We study more than 500 sources using the FUELS Digest digital service. Monitoring results are published in the technical bulletin “Additives and reagents”.
We test and create our own additive packages and their components. The scientific laboratory of APDC is located at the Skolkovo Technopark.

We monitor the quality performance of our products and conduct initial and extended testing to improve them.

Team experience of more than 10 years
Primary quality tests of additives are carried out at our own laboratory base on basic quality indicators.
Extended additive testing is achieved through cooperation with Gubkin University, CSRAAEI, NWCE, RIS, 25th SSRI, SUSU, TsIAM and GosNII GA, as well as consumers.
Specialists have specialized education and more than 10 years of practice in research and creation of new solutions and products.
STEP 3
APDC organizes industrial production at four production sites in different parts of Russia. The choice of site for each type of chemistry is made individually, based on the technical characteristics of the product and the production capabilities of the site.

Raw materials, intermediate and finished products are subject to continuous laboratory quality control. Regular monitoring and inspection of extended quality indicators are carried out.
The quality management system at the enterprises complies with GOST R ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Through competent business process management, we customize raw material procurement and component logistics to the customer.
STEP 4
We are always focused on offering our customers the most efficient solutions with the specified consumer properties. The CRPP technical team develops individual recommendations and product usage maps to maximize economic efficiency at the enterprise.
