The company Additive Production Development Center (APDC) was founded by a team of industry professionals and scientific specialists.
The company's goal is to develop and commercialize functional additives for petroleum products and reagents for their production. APDC products are in demand by leading oil refineries of the country and approved for use by expert institutes. Since 2022, additives and reagents produced by APDC have successfully replaced the most high-quality imported products in the composition of motor fuels produced in Russia. The scientific and production potential of APDC is aimed at continuous improvement of products and development of breakthrough technical solutions.

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Gubkin University , member of technical committees on standardization of oil refining and petrochemical products TC 031 at Rosstandart, D02 ASTM and TC 28 ISO, advisor to the Association of Oil Refiners and Petrochemists. Until 2019, Mikhail Alexandrovich headed the fuels department at VNII NP (All-Russian Oil Refining Research Institute). Since 2016, he has been working at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (RSU), author of the course “Perspective Fuels and Additives”. Project leader for research and development of original technologies for fuel production: ethanol fuel E30, methanol fuel MFT-30, aviation gasoline 100LL and 92 /115UL, motor gasoline AI-95 Euro-6, Pulsar-100, marine fuel RMLS. Co-authored more than 100 scientific articles, obtained 30 patents for invention. Scientific supervisor of 4 candidates of sciences.
